Do you provide investment advice?
No. We build forecasting models, data pipelines and research tools. Investment decisions, recommendations and any regulated activity remain with you.
What is an LSTM model?
A long short-term memory (LSTM) network is a type of neural network designed for sequences such as price histories. It can learn patterns over time that simpler models miss, but it needs careful testing because financial data is noisy.
Is machine learning better than traditional forecasting?
Not always. We benchmark every machine-learning model against simpler statistical methods and only recommend it when it does better on data it has not seen.
How do you tune the models?
Through systematic hyperparameter tuning: searching settings such as the look-back window, network size, learning rate and dropout, and judging each candidate with time-series cross-validation, so the final model generalises to new data rather than fitting noise.
What data can you work with?
Market prices, company fundamentals, economic indicators and your own internal data, whether it comes from data vendors, APIs or spreadsheets.
Who owns the models?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the models, code and documentation we build for you are yours.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the data and the models involved. After a free initial conversation we give you a fixed quote with a clear scope.
Do you work with firms across Ireland?
Yes. We work with research teams and firms anywhere on the island of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, in person or remotely.
